Wilkins receives 10,000 Trustpilot reviews!
We are celebrating after one of the franchises in our group, Wilkins Chimney Sweep, reached 10,000 reviews on Trustpilot, with 97% being graded as ‘excellent’ by satisfied customers. https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/wilkinschimneysweep.co.uk
They reached the landmark figure early in December 2020 and are already at 10,213.
A little bit of history; Wilkins Chimney Sweep was founded by Tom Wilkins in Newbury in 1895. Wilkins was franchised in 2011 and has been a member of the British Franchise Association ever since. We purchased the business in 2018. Today it is a successful franchise operation with 15 franchisees operating across 18 territories. Franchisees sweep chimneys and fit cages caps and cowls to the chimneys of commercial and domestic properties.
Wilkins have also recently celebrated their most successful month since records began, taking over £207,328 up from £174,746 for the same time in 2019, with a 16% increase in numbers of chimneys swept.
General manager Richard Bryan, who was himself a former Wilkins Chimney Sweep franchisee, said,

It shows their professionalism and respect for customers and their properties, which is something we strive for on a daily basis.
